A national transportation agency in Birmingham is looking for a Technical Support Analyst (Tier 1) to provide onsite support for IT infrastructure. The role involves maintenance of equipment, installation of software, and client communication. Ideal candidates will have relevant technical experience and an MCP qualification. This is a full-time office-based position with local travel required.

National Highways have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst (Tier 1) to join our team in Digital Services. The Technical Support Analyst will provide NH office locations with daily onsite support for IT infrastructure, including printers, computers, peripherals and telephone equipment. The Technical Support Analyst will also manage application, system and/or network issues to resolution within the client and assist with new installations, migrations and moves.
Please note this is a full-time office-based position and will be based from our Birmingham office. Local travel to multiple sites within the region will also be required.
This position is for a 12 month FTC.
