Role Overview:

The Technical Supervisor (TS) is responsible for the technical delivery across a cluster of BT sites, ensuring compliance and safety. The TS provides guidance on mechanical and electrical systems, responds to operational incidents, and supports the delivery of FM services in coordination with the Area Operations Manager (AOM) and Technical Services Manager (TSM).

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Promoting safety and ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
2. Managing and supervising the FM team, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
3. Supporting technical support functions, including investigations, maintenance, and repairs.
4. Managing subcontractors, procurement, and supplier relationships.
5. Ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining on-site documentation.
6. Monitoring budgets, managing assets, and coordinating small projects.
7. Reporting on KPIs and managing customer satisfaction issues.
8. Supporting emergency planning and risk assessments.
9. Performing other duties as required by management.

Person Specification:

• Multi-disciplinary knowledge with expertise in at least one area (mechanical, electrical, etc.), backed by qualifications.
• Strong communication, customer awareness, safety knowledge, teamwork, planning, risk management, and adaptability skills.
• Proven experience in managing technical operations, with a drive for excellence and continuous development.
• Ability to produce high-quality reports and possess good commercial awareness.
