About the Role

Are you an experienced electrical supervisor ready for a new challenge? Join an established client‑side company and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a qualified electrical supervisor with a strong background in facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial environments. This role is 40 percent hands off & 60 percent hands on but still requires the candidate to be technically strong.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
• Ability to conduct RAMS & logbooks up to date
• Computer literate
• Client facing skills to communicate with the client
• Technical knowledge in facilities maintenance
• 2‑man site looking after 1 electrical engineer

• Callout frequency is 1 in every 2 weeks
• 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays (goes up to 28 days)

Requirements

• Level 3 and 17th Edition Electrical Qualifications (minimum)
• Previous experience as a time‑served lead or supervisor
• 4+ years of experience in building services and commercial environment
• Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical building services technical qualification
• Paying up to £52,000 per annum, private medical insurance & other company related benefits
