Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Success Analyst to lead the technical onboarding of our card issuing and payments platform for new customers. You will guide customers through integrations, especially APIs, and work with engineers, product and sales teams to drive successful implementations.

This hybrid role requires you to be within 35 miles of our London office; on-site two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday) with remote work allowed on other days.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role (solutions engineering, onboarding, or support).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; can explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and take initiative.
  • Strong technical API knowledge including REST, SFTP, SQL; experience with Datadog.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the configuration and deployment of standardised products for new customers, interfacing with engineers and executives.
  • Guide customers through integration journeys, focusing on APIs and technical onboarding.
  • Develop deep product knowledge and create training content to scale team knowledge.
  • Provide customer feedback to product teams to reflect real-world needs.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Managers, Sales, and Account Management to align on client goals.

the company is looking for a Technical Success Analyst to join our operations team and play a critical role in delivering the company's cutting-edge card issuing and payments platform to new customers. You'll lead the technical onboarding of standardized products, support customers through implementation, and become a trusted voice both internally and externally. This role blends product expertise, customer advocacy, and a collaborative mindset to drive long-term client success and improve our implementation practices. PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role and requires employees to be based within 35 miles of our London office. You will be expected to work on-site two days a week, on Tuesday and Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on the other days.

the Impact You'll Have
  • Lead Implementations: Own the configuration and deployment of the company's standardised products and services for new customers, interfacing with everyone from full stack engineers to founders/CEOs.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the technical expert guiding customers through their integration journey, especially with our APIs
  • Build Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of specific the company products and services; create customer slide presentations, internal runbooks and training content to scale team knowledge.
  • Advocate for Customers: Provide feedback to internal teams that reflects the customer's voice and ensures our product evolves to meet real-world needs.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with the company's Project Managers, Product Managers, Sales, and Account Management to align and execute on client goals.
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., solutions engineering, technical onboarding, or technical support).
  • Exceptional communication skills - you can explain complex technical concepts to anyone orally and in writing. Your friends and family consider you their go-to person for understanding new technologies
  • Ability to manage projects independently and take initiative in solving problems.
  • Expert proficiency in REST APIs, Secure File Transfer Protocols (SFTP), SQL, and Datadog
  • Comfortable working across teams and building relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A customer-first mindset; skilled at understanding customer needs and designing practical solutions.
  • Strategic thinker who can connect daily work to broader business goals and team priorities.
  • Commitment to learning and contributing to the growth of others on the team.
  • Demonstrated strong understanding of fintech (e.g. acquiring, networks, point-of-sale) and card payments background, especially on the issuing side.
  • Ability to prioritise, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously; highly motivated and able to work unsupervised against aggressive schedules.
Nice-To-Haves
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience working in a financial services or payments-related environment.
  • Familiarity with APIs, software integrations, or payments systems.
  • Experience with the company or similar fintech platforms.
  • Ability to read technical documentation or basic code (e.g., JSON, SQL, scripting).
  • Background in training, enablement, or documentation.
  • Knowledge of customer onboarding or implementation processes in a SaaS or fintech environment.
