Talos in London is hiring a Technical Solutions Engineer to lead onboarding and connectivity integrations for institutional clients. You will manage end-to-end deployments, coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and external parties, and ensure robust API, FIX, and REST integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client onboarding or implementation in capital markets or fintech.
• Strong client-facing communication to lead stakeholders through implementations.
• Experience with institutional trading systems, market connectivity, or financial infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of SQL and command line environments.
• Familiar with configuration management, source control, and basic scripting (Python).
• Exposure to FIX, REST APIs, and JSON-based integrations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for clients and trading counterparties from kickoff to production deployment.
• Lead technical integrations via APIs, FIX, and platform configuration.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Engineering and external stakeholders to deliver on time.
• Manage onboarding timelines, milestones, and progress communications.
• Configure and validate client environments across Talos trading and portfolio systems.
• Troubleshoot integration issues with internal engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and best practices.
