Job summary

Legl is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to bridge product, engineering and customer delivery across our growing catalog of PMS and DMS integrations (Clio, Actionstep, NetDocuments, iManage and more). You’ll own the technical workstream in launches, coordinate IT and third parties, configure and deploy, and verify everything works before and after go‑live.

You’ll monitor the installed base, help partners integrate, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Engineering to productise

• Experience delivering complex integrations in a customer-facing role.

What You’ll Do

As the Technical Solutions Engineer at Legl, you’ll play a crucial hands‑on role at the intersection of product, engineering and customer delivery. Legl has a growing catalogue of PMS and DMS integrations (Clio, Actionstep, NetDocuments, iManage and others, with more launching this year through our partner ecosystem), plus a quickly growing need for more customer and partner enablement on our APIs and technical capabilities. Your job is to make sure this wide variety of integrations land inside every customer launch and across the existing base.

• Own the technical workstream inside customer launches. Scope the integration at kick‑off, coordinate the customer’s IT and third parties, configure and deploy, and verify it actually works before and after go‑live.

• Activate and monitor the installed base. We are always looking for ways to add value for our 600+ clients using industry‑leading integrated capability. You will help existing customers implement integrations and monitor usage to ensure their teams are getting as much as they can out of them.

• Be the technical counterpart to implementation partners. Set the technical plan partners deliver against, review their configuration before go‑live, and serve as the quality gate on partner‑delivered work.

• Productise deployments. You will work closely with the integration engineering team to make each launch slicker, quicker and less manual every time we do it. The product will grow with you

• Support commercial teams. Join prospect and customer calls as the technical voice, run discovery with customer developers and help commercial teams scope and implement integration requirements.

• Are as happy building relationships with a developer team and getting into the nitty‑gritty of how to handle a data sync as you are presenting to stakeholders about its value.

• Obsess with understanding customer goals, timelines and problems.

• Are comfortable owning the customer‑facing side of our technical deployments, and collaborating heavily with our team from Sales to Customer to Support to EPD to our Partners.

• Understand when to engage, when to productise, and when to push back on requirements.

• Love the heady complexity of technical delivery and commercial customer problems at the edge of legaltech operations.
