Job summary

Talos, the Institutional Fabric for Digital Asset Markets, is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to lead client onboarding and connectivity integrations for institutional clients and trading counterparties. You will manage end-to-end onboarding of exchanges, liquidity providers, and institutions onto the Talos platform with a focus on production-ready deployments.

• 3+ years of experience in client onboarding or implementation within capital markets or financial technology.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to guide stakeholders through structured implementations.
• Experience with institutional trading systems, market connectivity, or financial infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of SQL and command line environments.
• Familiarity with configuration management, source control, and basic scripting (Python preferred).
• Exposure to FIX protocol, REST APIs, and JSON-based integrations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical integrations involving APIs, FIX connectivity, and platform configuration.

Technical Solutions Engineer

Talos is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to lead technical implementations and connectivity integrations for institutional clients and trading counterparties.

This role sits at the intersection of client services and technical integration. You will manage end-to-end onboarding of exchanges, liquidity providers, and institutional clients onto the Talos platform, ensuring seamless connectivity and successful deployment of our trading infrastructure. This is not a production support role. It is an implementation-focused position requiring structured project execution, technical fluency, and proactive client leadership.
