Technical Solutions Consultant (IC4) | Meta

Location: UK – Remote (within the UK)

Rate: ~£370/day (negotiable based on experience)

Duration: 12-month contract

Start Date: January 2026

Meta is looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant (IC4) to join our EMEA AdTech team. This role focuses on providing technical consultation and support to top‑tier advertisers using Meta’s advertising solutions, including Pixels, Ads Delivery, Catalogs, and Measurement tools.

You’ll be the technical point of contact for clients and internal teams — helping resolve complex issues, troubleshooting bugs, and ensuring a seamless advertising experience across Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to advertisers and internal stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Meta’s ad products (Signals, Pixels, Measurement, etc.)
• Escalate product bugs and drive resolution with internal engineering teams
• Identify opportunities to optimise and automate workflows
• Maintain strong SLAs and deliver an exceptional client experience

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years in AdTech or digital advertising technical support
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP)
• Experience with SQL and APIs (RESTful)
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills in a client‑facing environment
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, or similar ad platforms is a plus
