Job description

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Technical Skills Coach / Trainer – Light Motor Vehicle to join our Apprenticeship Department at the Slough & Langley College campus on a part‑time, permanent basis. This role, working 26 hours a week, pays from R30 £25,833.46 up to R33 £27,812.27 (full time equivalent being £36,763 - £39,579) dependent on experience and qualifications.

Technical Skills Coach / Trainer – Light Motor Vehicle

We're seeking a dedicated individual to manage and mentor a dynamic caseload of Light Motor Vehicle apprentices. In this role you will provide essential skills coaching and mentoring to help apprentices excel in their end‑point assessment.

To be successful in this role you will need to be educated to Level 3 standard in a relevant vocational area and have an Assessors A1 Award or be willing to work towards this whilst in the role. It would also be an advantage to have experience of working with learners / apprentices in the classroom.
