A leading UK food manufacturer is looking for a Shift Manager to oversee the technical team and ensure compliance with food safety standards. The role involves managing the daily operations, investigating microbiological results, and developing technical policies. Reporting to the Site Technical Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management and guidance of the technical team across all departments, ensuring the team complies with Morrisons Manufacturing and site technical standards and procedures under the guidance of the Site Technical Manager.
