Qualifications

• Full, clean UK manual driving licence (essential).
• Experience with drink dispense equipment or similar technical/mechanical equipment is desirable; full training will be provided.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
• Commitment to health and safety procedures.
• Willingness to cover some weekends/bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, diagnose and repair soft drinks dispense and chiller equipment at customer sites across Leeds.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs, aiming for first-time fix where possible.
• Educate customers on equipment operation, fault finding and food hygiene best practices.
• Provide technical advice to maximise uptime and performance.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete documentation.
• Manage van stock, tools and spare parts for readiness.
• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service.

Job Title: Technical Services Representative

Location: Field-based role covering customer sites across Leeds

Job Length: Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 42 hrs a week. There will be requirement to cover some weekends and Bank holidays

About the role:

As a Technical Services Representative, youll be a brand ambassador by delivering a simply brilliant first impression to our customers. Preparation and presentation are key to delivering a perfect visit that meets and exceeds our customers expectations. Youll use your skills to install, maintain and repair our soft drinks equipment in a variety of business premises across Leeds. Youll also share advice and tips with customers on how to serve the very best drinks every times. No two days are the same, which means youll always be learning and finding new challenges to get stuck into.

Role Responsibilities:

• Install, service, diagnose and repair soft drinks dispense and chiller equipment at customer sites across Leeds.

Experience and Key Attributes:

• Full, clean UK manual driving licence (essential).
• Company van provided for business use.
• Previous experience working with drink dispense equipment or similar technical/mechanical equipment is desirable; full training will be provided.
• Strong practical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive, lasting relationships.
• Highly adaptable, able to respond effectively to changing priorities and daily challenges.
• Confident using IT systems to complete service reports, manage workload and communicate effectively.
