• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Services Manager with a Principal or Tier 1 Contractor.
• Experience of delivering MEP Projects and Packages on non-residential schemes.

Responsibilities

• Manage project sites and coordinate with the Operations Director.
• Deliver high-end construction and refurbishment projects.

Skills

Excellent relationship building skills

Collaborative approach

Experience in TSM role for Principal or Tier 1 contractor

Understanding of JCT forms of Contract

Experience delivering MEP Projects

Education

HNC in Building Services (MEP) related qualification
