About the Role

The Technical Services Manager – Fluid Power will lead a team of technicians and drive the growth of our technical services offering across the branch network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and mentor a team of up to 6 technicians.
  • Understand current service offerings and develop strategies for potential growth opportunities.
  • Build relationships across the branch network, providing technical expertise, knowledge and assistance.
  • Visit and build relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide technical advice and support on our services and solutions.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including presentations and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the wider branch network on quotations and enquiries.
Qualifications
  • Strong technical background in fluid power and hydraulics.
  • Confident, engaging and collaborative style.
  • Experience managing and developing a small team.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities within a dynamic environment.

Working Hours

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 5:30 with some flexibility.
