Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager (TSM) to oversee the technical operations and service delivery for high-spec laboratory and life sciences projects. This is a senior technical role responsible for ensuring projects meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and best-in‑class technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical services function, providing expert guidance on laboratory and technical fit‑out projects.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients and internal teams on technical matters, ensuring projects meet specification and compliance standards.
• Manage technical coordination between design, procurement, and delivery teams.
• Ensure technical documentation, schematics, and specifications are accurate, up‑to‑date, and fully implemented on site.
• Support project delivery teams in resolving complex technical issues.
• Maintain oversight of quality control, safety, and regulatory compliance across all projects.
• Mentor and develop technical staff, ensuring knowledge transfer and high standards across the team.
• Work closely with senior management to implement technical strategies aligned with business objectives.

Requirements
