Job description

This specialist Principal Contractor delivers High-End Construction and Refurbishment projects for the Motorsport (Formula One Racing), Commercial Office and Healthcare Sectors.

Due to expansion the company requires a Technical Services Manager with at least 3 years TSM experience gained from within a Principal or Tier 1 Contractor.

Project values range from £1 million to £25 million and are typically based in Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Northamptonshire, Wiltshire, Buckinghamshire & Warwickshire.

Reporting to the Operations Director as a Technical Services Manager you will be working on Project Sites and from home.

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent relationship building skills
• A collaborative approach
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a TSM role for a Principal or Tier 1 contractor.
• An understanding of JCT forms of Contract
• Educated to a minimum level of HNC in a Building Services (MEP) related qualification.
• Experience of delivering MEP Projects and Packages on New Build Construction and Fit Out Projects (NON RESIDENTIAL SCHEMES).
