Red Bull Racing Limited seeks a Technical Services Manager to lead facilities maintenance, projects and daily support across the Red Bull Technology Campus in Milton Keynes, ensuring engineers and technicians can perform at their best.

The role blends technical expertise, stakeholder management and leadership within a high-visibility motorsport engineering environment, with accountability for uptime, safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical, mechanical and building fabric maintenance activities to ensure adherence to standards and uptime of critical equipment or processes.
• Act as the point of technical escalation for all breakdowns.
• Work with Lead Manager to ensure compliance with building services regulations (e.g., Legionella, Asbestos, CDM, inspections).
• Manage assigned external contractors.
• Oversee site improvement or plant replacement projects from scoping to delivery and signoff.
• Be part of Incident response for on-site fire, security or other events; lead incidents as senior responsible person.
• Provide on-call service for out-of-hours incidents at the site.
• Promote safe working practices within the team and external contractors; foster a positive health and safety culture.
• Act as departmental facilities account manager for assigned departments; deputise for the Lead Manager as required.
• Handle other ad hoc facilities tasks for Campus and remote sites as needed.

We are looking for a Technical Services Manager to lead the delivery of facilities maintenance, projects and operational support across a designated business area, ensuring our engineers, technicians and support teams can perform at their best. This is a highly visible role, combining technical expertise, stakeholder management and leadership to maintain critical infrastructure within one of the most advanced engineering environments in motorsport.

Purpose:

To maintain the efficient operation and presentation of the Red Bull Technology Campus by overseeing facilities maintenance, projects and daily support operations leading on a designated business area i.e. Chassis, Powertrains, excluded entities.

Accountabilities:

• To oversee electrical, mechanical and building fabric maintenance activities within Red Bull Technology Group Campus to ensure adherence to all technical and corporate standards and maintain uptime on critical equipment or processes.
• To act as the point of technical escalation for all breakdowns.
• To work with the Lead Manager to ensure adherence to regulations related to building services management, including, but not limited to, Legionella, Asbestos, Insurance Inspections, CDM etc.
• To manage assigned external contractors, dependant on assigned Red Bull Technology Group Entity.
• To manage assigned site improvement or plant replacement projects including scoping, planning, obtaining costs and budget approval through to delivery and signoff.
• Part of Incident response team for the site (senior responsible person) acting as lead for any fire, security or other incidents that may occur during the normal working day.
• On call service for out of hours incidents at the site.
• To promote safe working practices within the team and its external contractors creating a positive and pragmatic Health and Safety culture.
• Act as departmental facilities account manager for assigned departments within the business.
• Deputise for the Lead Manager as the business requires.
• Other ad hoc Facilities tasks as required including but not limited to both Campus and remote facilities
