You’ll be the one keeping the site’s Quality Management System in shape and not just on paper. Legislation changes, customer codes evolve, and audits never stop coming. You’ll be the calm in the storm, keeping things compliant, up to date, and audit ready (because, let’s face it, no one likes a last-minute panic clean).
You’ll manage complaints, lab samples, exports, internal audits, traceability exercises - the whole technical circus. You’ll also be the person everyone turns to when they want to know if something is “okay to run,” “okay to send,” or “okay to show the customer.” Spoiler : it’s rarely all three.
