Role Summary

As a Technical Services Manager you will bridge the gap between retailer internal technical, quality, operations, commercial and supply chain departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure food products comply with safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, BRC, ISO standards) and customer specifications.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical expertise to production teams, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes.
  • Supplier & Customer Liaison: Manage technical relationships with suppliers and customers, including audits and specification reviews.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality checks, audits, and corrective actions.
  • Product Development Support: Collaborate with R&D and NPD teams to ensure new products meet technical and regulatory requirements.
