A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Technical Services Manager to oversee critical services within a large mixed-use campus in London. You will manage contracts for lifts, access control, and CCTV while ensuring compliance and performance. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role. The hours are Mon-Fri, and you will receive support from senior leadership and service providers.
Role Overview:
The Technical Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing and delivering a range of critical technical services across a new and large mixed‑use campus. This includes the effective management of Lifts, Access Control, and CCTV contracts, ensuring compliance, performance, and value for money.
You will be the right person to the Technical Services Director, and you will work on the planning and execution of technical project works in collaboration with the wider Campus Estate Services Team, supporting the delivery of high‑quality, efficient, and innovative estate solutions.
Proven track record in strategic and operation engineering contracts management within large property portfolios. Trophy building mobilisation experience is essential.
Comprehensive knowledge building regulations, health & safety legislation and compliance and environmental standards applicable to mixed use tenures.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels within the organisation.
This is a busy commercial facility. You will have the support of a dedicated senior leadership team for the contract who is in turn supported by numerous service providers.
Full portfolio management and administrative support.
The hours are Mon-Fri 07:00-16:00 or 09:00-18:00.
