Technical Services Manager

Location: Bloomsbury, Greater London, UK, WC1B 5

Type: Permanent

Salary: £70,000 + 20% Performance Bonus

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00

We're working with one of the largest FM companies in the UK and are looking for a Technical Services Manager to join a team of engineers based out of a hub of healthcare facilities around the Euston area of Greater London.

In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of 10-15 M&E engineers across Mechanical, Electrical and Water maintenance services. You will also be working closely with the on-site Head of Technical Compliance and will be required ideally to have HTM compliance experience and come from an electrical background.
