We’re looking for a Technical Service Manager to lead a team of four skilled repair technicians. You’ll oversee service and repair operations for a range of advanced testing equipment, ensuring exceptional customer support and technical excellence.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and develop a team of service and repair technicians, driving performance and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the diagnosis and repair of complex technical issues across multiple product lines.
  • Validate and test instruments, follow protocols, record results, and prepare equipment for shipment.
  • Provide expert technical support to customers and internal teams, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate service, repair, and test records, and contribute to technical documentation.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience managing a technical service or repair team.
  • Strong engineering background – mechanical or electronic experience preferred.
  • Ability to interpret repair orders, technical drawings, charts, and equipment manuals.
  • Hands-on experience with repair, testing, and servicing of technical equipment.
