Hours: 40 per week, flexible start/finish (7:30-9:30 / 3:30-5:30)

About the Role

Talented People are recruiting on behalf of a leading defence and technology organisation for an experienced Technical Service Delivery Manager. The role supports the Programme Director in delivering complex projects for MOD and government clients, ensuring service excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple technical projects across MOD contracts.
  • Produce and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
  • Oversee service delivery, ensuring projects meet customer and company requirements.
  • Act as the primary contact for technical and service management queries.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental communication and performance tracking.
  • Support continuous improvement and through-life service processes.
  • Represent the business in customer and commercial meetings.
  • Contribute to bid and tender submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong project management background within MOD or government contracts.
  • Technical knowledge of electrical, IT, or satellite systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Commercial understanding of MOD contracting (Defence Digital / DE&S).
  • Eligible or holding DV Security Clearance.
  • Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
