Typically, this person will be responsible for managing all UK Government CSCS4 support cases, ensuring SLA / KPI targets are met or exceeded. Acting as the key link between internal teams, MOD stakeholders, and senior management, you’ll coordinate technical cases from start to finish, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
