Forward Role Recruitment is partnering with a leading digital agency in Manchester City Centre to recruit a Technical SEO Manager. Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office) and a salary of £40k–£45k reflect the role’s strategic impact across client portfolios, particularly in ecommerce.

You will lead the implementation of technical SEO strategies, drive on-site optimization, and monitor performance through analytics and AI-enabled workflows, shaping growth for high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of technical SEO strategy and hands-on delivery
• Ensuring technical work directly improves client performance and aligns with business goals
• Develop and refine integrated search strategies, helping clients maximise visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms
• Lead on performance diagnostics- covering crawlability, Core Web Vitals, indexation, schema, JavaScript rendering etc
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets and resource allocation, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, results and ROI
• Help improve the quality of technical outputs by applying automation, dashboards and AI workflows

Based in Manchester City Centre, this agency continue to go from strength to strength when it comes to winning new high-profile accounts and continuing their impressive growth.

As they to build out their team further, they are looking to hire an experienced Technical SEO Manager who has proven experience of delivering technical SEO performance across a portfolio of client accounts.

The role:
