Job summary

Pitch Consultants are partnering with a leading ecommerce brand seeking a Technical SEO Executive in the United Kingdom. You will focus on the technical side of SEO to improve large-scale websites, working with developers and content specialists to drive traffic and revenue.

You'll identify technical issues, analyse performance data, and implement SEO improvements across a portfolio, staying ahead of trends and algorithm updates in a fast-moving, commercially focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an SEO or digital marketing role.
• Strong knowledge of technical and on-page SEO best practices.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog & SEMrush.
• Confidence identifying technical issues and working with developers to resolve them.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Good knowledge of website structure, HTML and search intent.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Bonus points if you have experience within eCommerce or international SEO.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical SEO improvements across a portfolio of websites, working closely with developers, content specialists and the wider marketing team.
• Identify crawl, indexing and site performance issues and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with developers to implement SEO enhancements.
• Monitor rankings, traffic and Core Web Vitals and report on performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
