Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming customer calls and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Supporting daily admin tasks using Sage when the Sales Administrator is unavailable.
  • Diagnosing technical issues across hydraulic, electronic, and hardware systems.
  • Backing up configuration data and maintaining accurate records.
  • Delivering onsite training sessions when required.
  • Building strong relationships and passing qualified leads to dealers.
