Looking for technically focused sales people who thrive on bringing new technology to researchers. This company operates at the cutting edge to help researchers unlock deeper insights into molecular interactions, protein stability, and biomolecular characterisation.

Now, they’re looking for a Regional Sales Specialist who shares their passion for science and innovation, and someone who can translate technical excellence into meaningful impact for their customers.

The role:
  • Grow the business across the territory by identifying and winning new accounts, whilst managing and expanding existing accounts.
  • Engage with scientists and decision-makers to understand their research challenges and demonstrate how their technology can accelerate their work.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations, both virtually and in-person.
  • Manage opportunities from first contact through to negotiation and close.
  • Represent the company at conferences and networking events to expand awareness and generate new leads.
  • Collaborate closely with Applications Specialists and Inside Sales to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Your background:
  • Degree educated in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of sales experience within the life sciences sector, selling complex scientific instruments.
  • Strong scientific understanding and the ability to communicate complex workflows with clarity and confidence.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong organisation and time management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across your territory for customer visits and events.
