This is a field‑based sales role with an expectation for working away nationally during the week for at least three days; the other two days will be spent either working from home or, if possible, within the office. You’ll be the technical authority in the field, engaging with high‑level consultancies, specifiers, M&E contractors, and water treatment service providers. Our client offers a stable, supportive environment focused on professional growth and rewarding success:

  • Highly Competitive salary package (up to £50,000) with a significant, uncapped commission structure.
  • Car Allowance to support field travel.
  • Excellent benefits, including pension, a benefits app, and family‑friendly policies.
  • Real opportunities for personal and professional development within a major organisation.
Key Responsibilities (Technical & Commercial)
  • Lead generation and direct engagement with potential and existing customers (Consultancies, M&E, Water Service Providers) to identify technical equipment requirements.
  • Technical Authority: Attend site surveys, identify suitable water treatment equipment (e.g., base exchange, reverse osmosis, dosing equipment, and filtration), and develop bespoke installation solutions.
  • Commercial Strategy: Work closely with internal finance, sales, and operations teams to align on pricing, margin goals, and sales forecasts.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for the Commercial Director.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with the internal water consultancy business to highlight and capture prospective opportunities.

  • Sales Success: A demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Drive & Accuracy: Highly self‑motivated, accurate, professional, and proficient in managing multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.

  • Must be willing to undertake required internal Health & Safety and HR training modules.
