About the Role

On behalf of our client, a leading provider of Competence Management software solutions in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Representative to drive sales growth by identifying and engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Identifying and targeting potential clients in the aviation industry, including airlines, maintenance organisations, and regulatory bodies.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the company's products and services, staying updated with the latest features and enhancements.
  • Conducting compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the technical advantages and business benefits.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organisations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.

Candidate Requirements
Essential
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the aviation or software industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of market awareness and market research to support the sales strategy.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Right to Live and Work in the UK
Desirable
  • Familiarity with aviation software highly desired
