A leading manufacturer in plumbing and HVAC solutions is seeking a Regional Technical Sales Manager to drive sales across the South East. This full-cycle sales role requires experience with plumbing and HVAC products along with a strong contractor-facing sales ability. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 plus bonuses and benefits including a company car and pension contributions.
Our client is a leading manufacturer with a global presence, specialising in innovative plumbing and HVAC solutions. With a turnover of over £12m+ in the UK, they are well‑established in the market and compete strongly against leading brands.
We are seeking a Regional Technical Sales Manager to take full responsibility for developing sales across the South East Region. This is a full‑cycle sales role, focused on driving demand with contractors and supporting routes to market via merchants and distributors. The product range includes copper press fittings, manifolds, and specialist solutions for plumbing, heating, and refrigeration.
Projects will primarily be in the commercial sector (schools, hospitals, public buildings) but also some domestic applications.
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded sales professional with experience in:
Backgrounds of interest include: valves, pipes, fittings, radiators, pumps, controls, UFH, or similar. Candidates from a merchant background will also be considered if they can demonstrate strong contractor‑facing sales ability.
Stability, energy, and a track record of growing sales are key.
