Technical Sales Manager Precision CNC machined components (mainly aerospace)

This is a unique and strategic dual role combining Technical Sales leadership and Mechanical Costing Engineering. The company manufactures precision machined components for the aerospace, defense and automotive markets.

The successful candidate will act as the bridge between customer expectations and internal delivery, driving commercial and technical outcomes that meet both sides needs.

While this is fundamentally a technical-commercial hybrid role, the individual will be fully supported by engineering teams to ensure technical validation, allowing the focus to remain on customer engagement, issue resolution, and account leadership.
