Technical Sales Executive - Storage Solutions

Location: West London & Surrounding Areas

Salary: £40,000 basic + Uncapped Commission + Bonus + Company Car + Excellent Benefits

The Role

As a Technical Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and managing sales opportunities across the West London region, working with clients in the industrial, manufacturing, and warehousing sectors.

You'll take ownership of your territory, building relationships with end‑user clients, contractors, and consultants, providing tailored storage and handling solutions that meet their operational needs.

Your day‑to‑day will include:

  • Managing and growing existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Conducting site visits and technical assessments (full training provided)
  • Interpreting and working from technical drawings and layout plans to develop accurate proposals.
  • Working closely with internal design and project teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets with uncapped earning potential.
The Candidate
  • We're looking for a driven and technically minded sales professional with experience selling a technical or engineered solution.
  • You may currently be working in, or have experience within:
  • Materials Handling / Racking / Mezzanine Floors / Storage Systems
  • Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Construction or Industrial Equipment Sales
Key skills and experience
  • Proven track record in B2B field sales, ideally within a technical or construction‑related industry.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical or CAD drawings.
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, organised, and able to manage your own territory.
