A leading industrial automation firm seeks a Technical Sales Engineer to join their StorFast team. In this role, you will develop business across Europe by providing tailored automation solutions. You will need a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering and technical sales experience in machinery or industrial automation. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel, along with fluency in English, is crucial. This position involves extensive travel and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Are you a technically skilled engineer with a passion for sales and a drive to grow business across Europe? We're looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our StorFast team. If you're experienced in industrial automation and love turning complex technical solutions into commercial success, this is your next career move.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively prospect and develop business in assigned European territories.

  • Consult and advise customers, identifying needs and delivering tailor-made automation solutions.

  • Conduct on-site visits, analyze requirements, and ensure a high-value consultative sales approach.

  • Create and present technical-commercial proposals, including drawings and quotations.

  • Design, interpret, and defend complex solutions autonomously using AutoCAD and Excel.

  • Maintain and develop strong customer relationships with long-term growth in mind.

  • Analyze market trends to identify strategic growth opportunities.

  • Plan, organize, and execute commercial actions to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycle.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering.

  • Technical sales experience in machinery or industrial automation (ideally Warehouse Automation).

  • Strong technical orientation with commercial acumen.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.

  • Fluent in English, German or French is a plus

  • Comfortable in multinational environments and with engineering firms.

  • Self-driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented.

  • Willing to travel extensively across Europe.
