Technical Sales Engineer - Southwest

Due to continued growth, we’re adding a new Technical Sales Manager to strengthen our ever‑growing external team across the East Midlands and surrounding areas.

This is a full‑time remote role. As a Technical Sales Manager at Tungaloy‑NTK UK, you’ll manage key accounts, provide hands‑on technical support to customers, and drive sales growth. You’ll work closely with the sales team and customer service to ensure exceptional end‑to‑end support. The role needs excellent communication and presentation skills, and a strong understanding of our product offering and the needs of our target industries.

Key Accountabilities
  • Be proactive, focused and driven to meet sales targets.
  • Understand, interpret and manage customer requirements with the confidence to negotiate and close sales.
  • Communicate and build rapport effectively with our partners and customers.
  • Provide pre‑sales and after‑sales technical assistance, sharing your knowledge of cutting tools, conducting technical presentations and demonstrating how a cutting tool will meet customer needs.
