Our mission is to deliver responsive, expert materials consultancy, operating as a trusted partner to our clients.

About the role

Responsibilities
  • Technical Quotation. Receive enquiries and produce suitable technical quotations listing key details, work proposal and costs to enable the whole enquiry to be passed to the technical team to deliver.
  • Responding to all customer correspondence (internal / external), making outbound calls (lead generation) and supporting a shared email inbox.
  • Accurately maintaining CRM with client information.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to share ideas and maximise cross selling opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the technical team to identify growth opportunities through new clients, new industries, new markets, new services & new accreditations.
  • Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and stay up to date with new trends.
  • Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them. Meet agreed sales and profit targets through new customer acquisition.
Requirements
  • Technical background with 2+ years experience OR a degree in science, material science, engineering, metallurgy (essential).
  • 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales (desirable).
  • Able to generate own leads.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Maintaining a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Is self-motivated and results driven.
  • Is a resilient and reliable team player.
