A leading cutting tools manufacturer is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer in Coventry. This role involves providing tailored tooling solutions, maintaining customer relationships, and delivering technical support. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, strong sales background, and excellent communication skills. The UK’s largest manufacturer of PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond) and carbide cutting tools, servicing high‑performance sectors such as aerospace, automotive, motorsport and advanced materials, is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join the team on a hybrid basis in the Midlands or Southern regions. Along with a basic salary of about £45,000 per annum, you will also receive a performance bonus, a company car/car allowance and a range of benefits.
You will act as a key interface between customers’ engineering and production teams, taking responsibility for identifying customer needs, proposing tailored tooling solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and ongoing support. This role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
With over 40 years of innovation, they operate from a state‑of‑the‑art facility in Coventry, producing over 7,000 tools monthly for more than 500 customers worldwide.
