Reporting into the Head of Business Development, we are seeking a Technical Sales & Customer Services Assistant to deliver excellent customer service to develop new and existing customer accounts. This role will require the development of technical knowledge across the application of Ropes, Cords & Braids in our markets, dealing with new technical enquires through to close.
The role focus will be 30% Proactive account management (develop sales skills), 30% Reactive new business management (quoting and follow up / develop technical skills), 20% Customer services - develop market knowledge, 20% Marketing support - build pipeline / network.
Commutable from Bromyard, Droitwich Spa, Evesham, Hereford, Ledbury, Malvern, Pershore, Tewkesbury, Worcester.
8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, office based with some travel for business needs to events / customer meetings.
