Job summary
NMS Recruit Ltd is seeking a Sales & Applications Engineer to help manufacturers understand what is technically possible in 2D/3D measurement and inspection. You’ll bridge technical applications, customer problem-solving and commercial sales, advising on sensor and measurement technologies and supporting demonstrations, trials and proofs of concept across the UK.
You’ll travel to customer sites, build long-term relationships with engineers and quality teams, and work with international technical
Qualifications
- Experience with 2D/3D measurement and machine vision.
- Ability to assess applications across profile, dimensional and inspection domains.
- Capability to select appropriate sensor and measurement technology and support trials.
Responsibilities
- Visit customer sites across the UK to understand technical requirements.
- Assess 2D/3D measurement, profile, dimensional and inspection applications.
- Select and recommend sensor and measurement technology.
- Support demonstrations, trials and proofs-of-concept.
- Coordinate laboratory testing and installation feasibility.
- Support quotations and technical proposals.
- Collaborate with sales and applications teams to develop opportunities.
- Engage with international technical teams for specialist support.
