We're looking for a Technical Sales Advisor to join a market-leading UK manufacturer, based in Witney. If you have an interest in technical products, a drive to support sales and a passion for providing great customer service, this could be the ideal role for you.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical sales enquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in person
• Interpret technical drawings to specify appropriate products
• Provide accurate and timely quotations
• Support external sales teams with leads, pricing, and product knowledge
• Follow up on quotes, promote offers, and upsell where appropriate
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve product queries
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of heating and ventilation products

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous experience in technical sales or customer service (desirable)
