The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and the ability to deal with complex requests. Role Responsibilities
  • Provide sales and expert advice from a technical view.
  • Deal with complex requests that require problem solving and extensive knowledge of products.
  • Speak to suppliers to source and get quotes on cost for parts, materials and special order items for customers.
  • Assist customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product advice and recommendations.
Position Details
  • This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00am - 17:00pm with 1 hour break.
  • No weekend work required.
Qualifications
  • Industry or merchant experience would be advantageous.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions.
  • Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic.
  • Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
