You’ll be responsible for:

• Provide sales and expert advice from a technical view.
• Deal with complex requests that require problem solving and extensive knowledge of products.
• Speak to suppliers to source and get quotes on cost for parts, materials and special order items for customers.
• Assist customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product advice and recommendations.

This is a permanent, full‑time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00 am – 17.00 pm with 1 hour break. No weekend work required.
