• Conduct market analysis and customer satisfaction reviews, initiating improvements where needed.
• Contribute to product innovation and continuous optimisation.

• A degree in a technical discipline – Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical sales/account management role within an engineering or manufacturing setting.
