Job Responsibilities

• Technical support for managing all the activities related to the issues of the certificates in aquaculture: quote, Technical Review
• Technical support to manage accreditation activities: complaint, recall, internal audits, accreditation audit management
• Develop technical guidelines/ instructions
• Ensure co‑operation and team building among the DNV functions: Sales, Customer Care, etc.

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience in Food/Aquaculture area
• 3+ years direct experience in Aquaculture application
• Demonstrable customer service and presentation skills

• Demonstrate the ability to apply technical requirements and/or accreditation rules in aquaculture during administrative/technical reviews of documentation
• Actively engage people/functions in the organization to enable knowledge sharing and contributions to drive improvements
