Location: Central London

Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week (Monday to Thursday mandatory office attendance)

Key Responsibilities

You will primarily recruit graduates and early-career professionals from STEM backgrounds with a passion for technology. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates using various methods including job boards and LinkedIn
  • Attending university career fairs and networking events globally
  • Building rapport with candidates and “selling” the opportunity confidently
  • Building relationships with academic institutions across the UK, US, and Europe
  • Cold calling and proactively engaging new candidates
  • Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Maintaining accurate records using our ATS and internal systems
  • Serve as a positive and professional ambassador for NETbuilder

Compensation & Commission

  • Base Salary: £28,850 per annum
  • Commission:
  • £100 per hire (first 5 hires)
  • £200 per hire (from the 6th hire onwards)
  • Additional Bonuses: Based on team and individual performance

Location & Working Hours

  • Office Attendance: Mandatory 4 days/week (Monday to Thursday) in our Central London office
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week

  • Recruitment, outbound telesales, or sales experience preferred but not essential
  • Must come from a fast-paced, target-driven environment
