The Role

As Technical Recruiter at Foundation Health, you’ll play a critical role in building the team that powers our next phase of growth. You’ll partner directly with department heads and hiring managers across functions to attract, assess, and close top talent. You’ll design and execute recruiting strategies that balance speed with quality, meet resourcing targets, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Your work will ensure we hire world-class individuals who are deeply aligned with our mission and values.

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Shepherd the end-to-end technical recruiting process from sourcing and outreach, to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Partner with hiring managers across teams to define roles, success profiles, and interview frameworks that align with business needs.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top passive candidates through platforms, networks, and communities.
  • Build and deliver a candidate experience that reflects our values and strengthens our brand at every touchpoint.
  • Monitor and manage hiring velocity, ensuring resourcing goals are met across departments.
  • Analyse funnel metrics and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency, conversion, and time-to-fill.
  • Continuously optimise recruiting tools, processes, and reporting to drive operational excellence and scalability.
  • Champion our mission and values internally and externally, ensuring every hire contributes to our culture and long-term success.
We\\'re Looking For Someone With
  • 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-growing startups or tech companies.
  • Proven track record hiring software engineers, product managers, and technical talent in competitive markets.
  • Experience in early-stage or hypergrowth environments
  • Deep understanding of technical stacks and engineering roles, able to have informed conversations with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Skilled at using ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse, Gem).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
  • Passion for building teams, not just filling roles
  • Experience defining and measuring recruiting KPIs, and be able to iterate on process improvements.
  • Collaborative, low-ego, and action-oriented
