Are you an experienced administrator looking for your next challenge?

Responsibilities
  • Support the Regional team, manage enquiry folders, maintain trackers, and ensure all administrative processes run smoothly from proposal to project handover.
  • Manage regional enquiries, maintain CRM records, and keep internal trackers up-to-date
  • Support the sales process: issue proposals, process orders, check quotes, and follow up on quotations under £10k
  • Liaise confidently with customers, business developers, internal teams, and Finance
  • Provide top-notch technical and commercial admin support, including credit checks and payment tracking
  • Hand over projects seamlessly to our Design Team, ensuring every detail is captured
What you\'ll bring / Qualifications
  • Previous administration experience - construction industry preferred but not essential
  • GCSEs required, A-Levels a plus
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Highly organised, numerate, and attentive to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge a bonus
  • A real team player who can prioritise, take initiative, and smash deadlines
