What you’ll be doing

What you’ll be doing:

As Technical Quality Manager, you’ll play a critical leadership role in ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across the site. Reporting directly to the Site Director, you’ll lead the QHSE function while working closely with cross-functional teams to support safe, compliant and efficient operations.

  • Leading and managing the Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental (QHSE) team, including performance reviews, training plans and objective setting.
  • Ensuring internal non-conformances are recorded, investigated and resolved using robust root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Conducting and overseeing final product inspections to AQL standards and customer specifications.
  • Issuing and maintaining technical specifications and quality documentation for customers.
  • Collecting, analysing and reporting quality performance data to senior management.
  • Managing quality control samples, documentation and traceability.
  • Overseeing integrated management systems, including ISO9001 and PS9000, and maintaining certification compliance.
  • Managing audits, document control, and system updates (including Q-Pulse).
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimisation.

Acting as the primary quality interface with customers and suppliers, managing complaints, quality releases, and supplier performance reviews

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a technically strong quality professional with proven leadership capability in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience in quality systems management and process improvement.
  • Background in a fast-paced, product-based manufacturing setting.
  • Experience managing audits, non-conformances and customer/supplier quality issues.
  • Strong analytical experience using spreadsheets and databases.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet demanding deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to quality control.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts at all levels.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for technical reporting and presentations.
