Job summary

Capital Outsourcing Group Ltd invites applications for a Technical & Quality Manager to lead quality systems, handle customer and supplier approvals, and ensure product integrity and compliance across the business.

You will manage technical documentation, drive corrective actions, and support BRCGS certification and SEDEX compliance while maintaining excellent relationships with customers and suppliers. This role is based on-site in Malton.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality management within the food industry and/or packaging sector.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations and quality assurance.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
• Confident working with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer technical queries, questionnaires and documentation.
• Maintain supplier approvals, product specifications and technical records.
• Investigate customer and internal complaints, driving effective corrective and preventative actions.
• Support BRCGS certification, SEDEX compliance and quality assurance activities.
• Maintain accurate certificates, records and quality documentation.
• Identify trends, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement across the business.

Technical & Quality Manager

Are you passionate about quality and continuous improvement? This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical & Quality Manager to take ownership of technical and quality systems, build strong customer and supplier relationships, and help maintain the highest standards of product integrity and compliance.

You’ll play a key role in managing customer and supplier approvals, product specifications, complaints, corrective actions and quality documentation, while supporting BRCGS certification and SEDEX compliance.

Key Responsibilities for the Technical & Quality Manager
