• Key member of the HACCP team for all departments.
• Manage and maintain the site Quality Management System.
• Investigate non-conformances and complaints with production leaders.
• Carry out root cause analysis as needed.
• Implement improvement plans for quality.
• Supervise QA Technicians and Technical Coordinator.
• Oversee supplier approval and risk assessments.
• Review laboratory analysis interpretation.
• Deputise for the Head of Technical.
• Train on technical procedures.
• Promote a proactive food safety culture.
