Job summary

Consortium Professional Recruitment partners with an established business in Hull to recruit an experienced Project Manager. You will own projects from planning through delivery, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to meet objectives, budgets and timelines.

In this role you’ll review requirements, monitor costs, maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates. A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong communication are essential to build trusted relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, ideally in technical, engineering or construction environments.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Commercial awareness including budgets, forecasting and cost control.
• Comfort working with technical information, drawings or project documentation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach; able to work independently or collaboratively.
• Relevant qualification in project management, engineering or related discipline is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from planning through to successful completion, ensuring objectives, budgets and timescales are met.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain clear communication and progress.
• Review requirements, documentation and specifications to support accurate planning and delivery.
• Monitor budgets, manage costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency without compromising quality.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide regular progress updates; proactively resolve challenges.
